Thomas Wachsmuth (Co-Owner of WinnipesaukeeWaterfront Management & owner of Dive Winnipesaukee) Handles operations, logistics, and the day to day behind the scenes aspects of the company. Tom graduated from the University of New Hampshire, and is a certified dive instructor. He currently resides in Wolfeboro, NH with his two children, Jessica and Dawson.

Luke Freudenberg (Co-Owner of Winnipesaukee Waterfront Management) Luke handles planning, on site management, and marketing for the company. Luke graduated from American University with a Masters in Emergency Management, and is a certified EMT. He currently resides in Wolfeboro with his wife Leisa.

Clayton Traversie (Dock Builder) Clayton is a site supervisor and is a skilled dock builder with years of experience in the construction field. He currently resides in New Durham, NH with his wife Roxanne and they're two children.
